Are my Gang Sheets Cut?
No, we do not naturally cut individual prints from the roll when you place an order. There are a few reasons for this:
First, keeping the prints on a roll saves our team both time and money. This allows us to maintain competitive pricing and offer a wide selection of tens of thousands of print-to-order items.
Additionally, cutting the orders increases the risk of misplacing items before they are fulfilled. By keeping the prints on a roll, we can easily triple-check your sheet before shipping to ensure you receive all your prints in one go.
BUT wait... we can cut yur roll into individual prints as an add on option. More information found under "Custom Services" tab.
Shipping
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily use USPS for a majority of our deliveries. USPS picks up from our warehouse Monday through Friday and we also do special drop offs each week if needed.
We also have an option for UPS delivery if you prefer UPS over USPS. We hand deliver all of these deliveries each day.
We do not offer FedEx, DHL or other carriers at this time.
Where do you deliver?
We offer USPS and UPS options for all of the US locations with set rates.
All international is subject to USPS and the discounted rates they provide. There are no set flat rates for USPS.
Tracking & Delivery
How can I track my order?Your should receive a tracking number on all orders once we fulfill the package.
Please allow up to 72 hours for movement.

Please allow up to 72 hours for movement. Our local USPS does not scan upon pickup and it will not scan until it reaches the Charlotte Distribution center. Even then, sometimes the boxes are placed in a way the barcode is missed by the machines.
You can also track your package with the "Track your Package" feature located under the About tab.
How do I know if I have received my complete order?
You will receive an invoice within your order. Please review your entire order for issues or damages immediately upon receiving your package.
