Set your heat press to290-310°F,preheat the garment,press with medium or high pressure for 7-10 seconds, hot peel immediately, and optionally re-press with a Teflon sheet for added durability.

Set the iron tohigh cotton (no steam),preheat the garment,press firmly over the transferfor 20 seconds, hot peel immediately, and optionally re-press with a Teflon sheet for added durability.

Set the CricutEasyPress to 310°F,preheat the garment,press firmly for 10 seconds, hot peel immediately, and optionally re-press with a Teflon sheet for added durability.
